We got back from our cruise today, and had to have our little Pomeranian, Missy, put to sleep. She was almost 16 years old, and we knew it was coming as she's had problems with her legs for a few months. Some days really good, and some not so good.
We had both said that we would never let her suffer, and it was time.
She will be truly missed.
I also really missed keeping up with everyone's updates, and I will be back to tell more about our cruise another day. I took some wonderful pictures.

I am so sorry to hear about you losing Missy. Pets become part of our family.

It's always a sad day when we our pets leave us. I'm in the process of making that decision about my cat who's slowly loosing the battle with kidney failure.
Yes.... see above... that's my Mom.... and she is the sweetest kitty ever. We all love her.
I'm so sorry about Missy. :(
Dear Shirley~
I came over to tell you I'm glad to have you follow along and that I entered your name into my drawing for the Pink Santa Cards Giveaway...
But THEN...
I read about your having to put your beautiful Pom to sleep and my eyes filled with tears. :( I am so sorry for you but rejoice that you had such a beautiful pet to love and enjoy for soooo very long.
My little Mollie the Molinator is almost 8 and I already dread the day when we might face the same thing. She is a tiny Yorkie and stole my heart away during a tough time in my life. I've always said I would NEVER let her suffer and I won't. I love her enough to say goodbye and thank you before she gets to the point she can no longer have fun with her little life.
Blessings to you...
