Just Chillin'

The grands are here, and we're just waiting until this evening to go to our local Mardi Gras parade. It's small which is fine with me! The kids will enjoy catching the beads and whatever else they throw.

We have another new member to the family. We found another Yorkie. Her name is Mollie Mae and she's 7 months old. She's about half the size of Maggie Lou. Mollie looks like a Koala bear to me. LOL! She needs a little trimming.

Maggie wasn't too happy about having Mollie here, but the good thing is that Mollie is already attached to Mr. C. So now we both basically have a lap dog. They are doing better today than last night, and I'm quite sure they will get used to each other.
We've had several offers of people wanting to take Mollie should we decide that it's not going to work out, but we're giving it our best shot.
Here's one last pic of sweet Shelby. She's such a sweet girl, and we have so much fun when she and Cayden are visiting.
I still have a giveaway coming. I haven't had much luck finding the main thing I wanted to give so if I can't, I do have an alternate plan!
Have a great weekend!

Shirley,
Shelby is quite adorable as is Cayden from your previous post...I love the photo shoot of him climbing on that big fallen tree. I like the big tootless grim :) quite precious!
I am sure your new little addition will fit in just fine; it takes time. We are still getting Hurricane and Angel-kitty acclimated and it would be better if Hurricane didn't feel the need to chase her everytime she was nearby :) imagine that; a dog wanting to chase a cat!

We are still thinking about getting another Yorkie Poo so Tucker will have a play mate. He gets along so well with other dogs.

So nice to have a weekend with your grands I'm sure. Some of my absolute favorite memories are of the weekends with my Grandmother and Granddaddy!

Have fun tonight, I know the kids will.

Another furry member, I so hope they do get along.

That is not always the case with me, I get a pet for me but it attaches to hubby. I get another one for me and the same thing happens. So I am just the one that feeds and keeps them clean. I will do in a pinch when DH is out of town.

The furry gang sure has a loving home.

Dear Shirley,
My son and DIL have 2 Yorkies. If any little dog needed a brother or sister it would be a Yorkie. They do not at any time like to be left alone and they will tear up everything and anything...at least the 8 people that I know that have Yorkies all say the same. They will depend on each other. Both of your girls are beautiful.
I am so glad you saw your beautiful award...I was making my way around to tell everyone...only I fell asleep at Loretta's and had about 20 lines of semi colon's...I can't believe I did that but I HAD ISSUES again and a bad sinus head ache. Cedar is high here and mold is still low but climbing.
I wish I was there I would have gone to the parade with you. I realized something tonight when I was reading your post and I THOUGHT about the couple I am praying for that the husband has cancer. I cried and cried. I hope I don't know his wife...that is too tragic with a capital T.
Your grandchildren are precious and priceless and I can tell they love it at grandma's.
Have A Sugar Sweet Weekend
Hugs and Love

It's so hard to lose someone we love, isn't Miss S? I'm so sad today even though my heart is happy that Andrea is at peace with her Lord... Our loss is here on earth.

I'm so sad again you lost a dear friend. Life is short indeed.

I love the pics of your grandbabies. My yorkie, Mollie, was groomed on Saturday. I was calling her Shag Nasty because she looked so horrible and frumpy. She's better today! :)

Blessings to you~ xoRebecca
