This blog is about my life from the time I had tongue cancer surgery until the present. I love to sew and embroider so I will be adding more topics about my favorite things. If you want to read about my tongue cancer surgery and recovery, click on Archives 2008.

Interesting
Dad just called. They are without lights at Schumpert! All of the machines have battery back-up but no lights and no a/c. He said mom was hot. It's storming here. Oh fun! I'm glad she isn't still in ICU and he is able to be there with her.

I am so glad you were able to go to a room now. You keep those nurses in line and tell them to take care of you, but since Clay is there I know you have all you need to care for you.Seriously, I am so glad to are able begin to get back to your old self. Just wanted to say goodnight, it is a shame I am not there to visit from the next room (Remember our rooms upstairs that we were able to use?) Take care and I will check in tomorrow. Love youl, Lynda
